REFUND POLICY

Physical Products

Due to Covid-19 safety precautions, Wake Up Happy, Sis! does not accept returns on physical products unless they were received damaged and have been unopened. You can return damaged items for up to 30 days after purchase for an exchange. If 30 days has passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, please email pictures of your damaged item to

support@wakeuphappysis.com with the subject line “Damaged Products”. Our team will verify your photos and follow up with you for the exchange.

To complete any returns, we require a receipt as proof of purchase. You will be eligible for an exchange of the same item or an item of equal or lesser value.

Digital Products

For digital products (downloadable files), we are not able to offer a refund as we cannot return digital downloads.

Services

All services require a non-refundable down payment. The specific amount of the down payment is outlined on the payment page for the service. Once work has begun your service, all fees are non-refundable
