Soul Renewal Experience Retreats
Our expert facilitators will guide you through transformative workshops focused on developing practical strategies for managing stress, improving your mental and emotional wellbeing, and achieving your goals. Wake Up Happy, Sis! Live (2 Day Summit)
This session includes completion of a detailed self-care assessment, 2 hour working session to understand the top 3 -care challenges you would Iike assistance addressing. You will be provided a RADICAL Self-Care Blueprint that provides a plan for addressing the challenges. This also includes a 30 and 60 day check-in via phone, zoom, or chat.
Sip & self-care Pamper Parties
Indulge in self-care like never before at our "Sip 'n SelfCare Pamper Party" series! Join us quarterly for a rejuvenating virtual gathering designed exclusively for busy and overwhelmed mothers.
