“Burnout isn't a sign you're failing. It's the universe saying, 'Pause, sis! Refuel your spirit, reignite your passion, and come back stronger!.” - LeAnne Dolce

Hey, Sis! 🌟

You're back at it again, aren't you? Hustling hard and taking names. But real talk, even a superstar like you can hit a wall. Y'know, that annoying, spirit-crushing thing called burnout? It can derail your goals and rob you of that magical joy you once had for life. Nah, we can't have that! Time for your weekly dose of tips to keep that burnout at bay and keep you strutting your stuff in those corporate hallways.

What is Burnout Anyway?

Before we get into our hot tips, let's tackle this beast. Burnout is that overwhelming exhaustion, cynicism, and feeling like you're stuck in a perpetual Monday (Ugh!). High-achieving Black women, like you, often suffer in silence, wearing your fatigue like a badge of honor. Sis, this has to stop!

The Burnout Recovery Kit is essentially your personal empowerment coach in a package, and guess what, Sis—it's curated just for high-achieving Black women like you. We're not just tossing in generic advice; we've got your unique challenges and cultural nuances in mind. You'll dive into a comprehensive Ebook that serves as your road map, an in-depth workbook to help you tackle stressors head-on, and even a 14-day challenge to reignite that inner spark. Plus, you'll get daily SMS messages that serve as your mini pep-talks and live Q&A sessions for that sister-to-sister real talk in our exclusive Facebook community where you can vibe and thrive with like-minded women. Come on, Sis, let's turn that burnout into your breakthrough!

Your Weekly Tips to Keep Burnout in Check:

  1. Mindful Mondays: Start your week off by checking in with yourself. Utilize the guided meditations from the Burnout Recovery Kit to set the tone. It’s a form of mental calisthenics for your soul.

  2. Talk it Out Tuesdays: Confide in your circle about how you’re truly feeling. Isolation feeds burnout; sharing relieves it. Openness is a gift, not just to others but to yourself.

  3. Wellness Wednesdays: Nutrition affects your energy and mood. Opt for foods that nourish both your body and spirit. The Burnout Recovery Kit’s meal plans make it simple.

  4. Thriving Thursdays: Exercise your mind and body. Working out isn’t just about that gym hustle; it’s about gaining emotional strength too.

  5. Future-Focused Fridays: Reflect on your week and set your goals for the next. Jot down your wins and what needs improvement in the self-care planner.

  6. Self-Care Saturdays: This is YOUR day. Read that book you’ve been ignoring, take that bubble bath, and affirm yourself with the affirmation cards from the kit.

  7. Spiritual Sundays: Connect with your higher power or focus on spiritual well-being. Sometimes, your spirit needs that detox too.

  8. Bonus Tip - The Sister Circle: Engage with our paid membership community, The Sister Circle. It’s a reservoir of resources, exclusive content, and an accountability group that genuinely gets YOU.

Wrapping It Up, Sis!

Let's make one thing clear: You're not alone. We're all in this journey together, each of us trying to be our best selves while navigating this crazy thing called life. Burnout is not a life sentence; it’s a detour. Take charge of your well-being; get your hands on the Burnout Recovery Kit, and integrate these tips into your routine. Let's get you back to being that unstoppable force you are! 🌟💫

So, that's your weekly guide to being better, doing better, and most importantly, feeling better. Ready to say goodbye to burnout? Of course, you are, Sis! Until next Tuesday. 🌟

Meet LeAnne Dolce

Hey Boo Hey! I'm the CEO and Founder of Dolce & Lay. I have been a self-care enthusiast and a student of the wellness arts for over 15 years. Having been in the space of being overwhelmed with motherhood, family, work, school, community service, and all the other hats that I wore, I constantly put myself LAST. My health and my relationships suffered until I decided to take charge of my self-care and wellness FIRST, so I could be more present for all who needed me. Now my passion is helping African American women - professionals, entrepreneurs, and mom+ (the women who wear all the hats) reconnect with themselves through
Radical Self-Care!

Just what is Radical Self-Care? It's being authentic, intentional, and unapologetic about putting your self-care first. It's removing the guilt and promising yourself to #ReclaimYourMeTime so you are the best version of yourself for those who need you. It's thinking differently about self-care, Wellness, and your own self-discovery. It's building with a community of women who support one another along their journeys.
