Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available within thefirst 15 days after purchase. A$200 non-refundable fee will be deducted from the refund to account for administrative costs and time reserved for your services.

After 15 Days: All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued.

Client Obligations: You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information and timely responses to ensure services can be delivered effectively

Company Commitment: The Company will deliver the services as outlined in the purchased package to the best of its abilities within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Unused Services: Services must be initiated and utilized within the designated time period. Unused hours or services will not roll over or be refunded unless explicitly stated.
